I advise and represent clients in respect of a broad range of civil litigation and employment matters. I have a varied case load including property and contractual disputes. I regularly provide advice regarding contesting a will and assisting clients with guardianship and intervention orders. On the employment side, I routinely advise employers and employees in connection with contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and claims brought within the Employment Tribunal.
I have experience in raising and running actions in a variety of forums including the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and Tribunals.
Litigating is not always the answer, and I carefully listen to clients to try my very best to achieve their objectives. However, when Court or Tribunal proceedings are necessary, clients appreciate my calm and practical approach. Litigation can be a difficult and stressful time, and I strive to ensure the process is as straightforward as possible.
