Residential Property
At Turcan Connell, we believe the buying and selling of residential property must be handled by qualified solicitors who have a specialist knowledge of the residential market, whether in Edinburgh or beyond.
We will treat each property transaction with the respect it deserves. In the case of a purchase, we are involved from the very start of the process and will assist in organising surveys and providing price comparisons as required. As well as handling the conveyancing, we will assist with the lending arrangements and can also advise as to how title to a property can be taken in the most tax-efficient manner.
In the case of sales, we enjoy excellent established working relationships with prominent and expert marketing agents, including those with access to Solicitors' Property Centres. By concentrating on the conveyancing aspects of the sale, we can ensure we provide advice that is truly objective and impartial.
Our ultimate aim is to ensure that our clients find moving house a stress-free and happy experience.
