CF TC Investment Funds
We offer three funds - a Balanced Portfolio, an Income Portfolio and an Absolute Return Portfolio - for private investors, trusts, charities and pension funds.
CF TC Balanced Portfolio
This fund is suitable for investors looking for long-term capital growth and a moderate income from an actively managed global portfolio. The Balanced Portfolio is invested in equities that provide most of the opportunities for capital growth, along with fixed interest, property and cash, which help provide security of capital and provide much of the income.
CF TC Income Portfolio
The Income Portfolio is primarily for investors who are seeking a long-term sustainable income, in excess of what would normally be available from a high-interest account. It may form part of a retirement plan or a trust.
At least 60% of the fund will be invested in government and corporate bonds. The balance will be invested in equities, property funds and cash.
CF TC Absolute Return Portfolio
The Absolute Return Portfolio is suited to those who are looking for an investment that is designed to deliver a steady positive return that keeps pace with inflation without being exposed to the risk and volatility of traditional financial markets. The objective of the Absolute Return Portfolio is to produce positive long-term returns, targeting a range of 6-8% per annum, irrespective of the underlying stock market conditions.
