At Turcan Connell, the close working relationships we maintain with our charity clients allow us to provide dispute resolution advice in the most appropriate and effective manner.

Our dedicated team of solicitors and a solicitor advocate advises clients in relation to their responsibilities and duties as trustees and on charity regulation issues. We regularly advise charity clients in relation to property related matters and can bring our considerable experience to bear in identifying the most efficient means of achieving solutions and resolving disputes. In addition the team has experience of advising charitable organisations in relation to the recovery of inappropriately applied grant monies.

Our experience of the various methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation arbitration and litigation allows us to provide charities with focused and practical advice. We offer a service advising clients in relation to their intellectual property rights and any remedies that may be available for a breach of those rights.
