Thea Roth

Thea advises clients on all aspects of urban property, including the sale, purchase and leasing of residential and commercial property and security work. Thea has also been closely involved with all aspects of property work for Charities. Thea particularly specialises in high end residential sales and purchases and has established strong links with Edinburgh’s leading Surveyors, Estate Agents and also Solicitors with an ESPC presence.  

Thea graduated from the University of Glasgow with an Honours Degree in Law. After obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma at Strathclyde University in 2004, Thea trained and practiced in Glasgow, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006. Thea moved to Turcan Connell in 2007 and became a Senior Solicitor in April 2010.
