Euan Fleming

Euan advises clients in all areas of asset protection during lifetime and on death, with particular emphasis on the drafting of wills and trusts, dealing with issues arising from lack of capacity, administering estates and trusts and the formation of international partnership structures for non-UK domiciled individuals.

Euan studied law at the University of Aberdeen, gaining an LLB (Hons) in 2003 and Diploma in Legal Practice in 2004.  Euan joined Turcan Connell as a trainee later that year, qualifying as a Solicitor in October 2006 and became a Senior Solicitor in April 2010.
