Laura Flockhart

Laura is a senior solicitor working in the area of contentious executries, tax planning, asset protection and trust law.  She advises private clients on a broad range of issues and her work includes drafting Wills and trusts, executry administration, advising on complex issues arising out of estates and post-death planning.
 
Laura studied law at the University of Aberdeen, trained with Edinburgh-based firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2001.  She joined Turcan Connell in April 2004 and was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2006.
 
Laura is also a Notary Public and is presently studying to become a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (S.T.E.P.).
 
She is married with a daughter.
