Louise has experience in a broad range of estate conveyancing matters including the sale and purchase of land and rural properties, servitudes and generally providing advice with regard to any conveyancing matters that arise in the course of the management of an estate.
Louise has particular experience in development sales for large residential developments in both urban and rural locations and has recently advised on a number of wind energy and hydro development projects.
Louise graduated LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow in 2003 and obtained her Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2004. Louise completed her training contract with Turcan Connell in 2006, with 18 months of her two year contract being spent in the Land and Property Department, and became a Senior Solicitor in April 2009.
