Gillian MacNulty

Gillian is an Associate in Turcan Connell’s Land and Property Department.  She has been a qualified Solicitor for 17 years, specialising in all aspects of property law including residential, commercial and agricultural property. 

She has been primarily involved in development acquisition for large house builders, the leasing of commercial premises, the sale and purchase of commercial and residential developments, and arranging security and remortgaging of a variety of commercial properties. 

Since joining Turcan Connell, Gillian has specialised in a wide variety of rural property transactions including the sale and purchase of farms, estates and country houses, acted for lenders in connection with securities of agricultural property and has sold a variety of properties on large estates.
 

Gillian graduated from Edinburgh University, with LLB (Hons) in 1988.  She subsequently trained in Edinburgh and then spent six years in Aberdeen.  She moved back to Edinburgh 1997.
