Alix Storrie

Alix is an Associate specialising in tax and estate planning for private clients, including wealthy individuals and their families, and trusts.

She advises primarily on capital taxation, succession, trust law and asset protection and has particular experience in dealing with complex issues arising out of estates and post death planning.  She also advises on Guardianship and the implications of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.

Alix joined Turcan Connell in 2002 after graduating from University of Aberdeen (LLB Hons DipLP).  She qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2007.  She became an Associate in April 2009. Alix is a Notary Public and student member of STEP Scotland (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
