Jennifer Younger

Jenny works principally in the areas of trusts, asset protection and succession planning. She regularly advises clients on a wide range of issues, with a particular emphasis on capital taxation and estate planning issues. Jenny also deals with the preparation of wills and powers of attorney for clients, and is involved with the setting up, administration and termination of Trusts.

After graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 2003 (LLB Hons DipLP), Jenny joined Turcan Connell as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in October 2005. Jenny became a Senior Solicitor in April 2008 and was promoted to Associate in April 2011. Jenny is a Notary Public and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
