Elizabeth graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2003 and joined Turcan Connell as a trainee solicitor. She spent the final year of her traineeship working with the Employment Team and qualified in 2005.

Elizabeth routinely advises clients on all aspects of employment law including transfers of undertakings, handling disciplinary and grievance meetings and negotiating termination packages.
Since qualifying Elizabeth has been involved in a number of complex tribunals involving discrimination, TUPE related dismissal and unfair dismissal claims.
