Paul Macaulay

Paul is a Senior Solicitor working in the areas of trusts, asset protection and succession planning. In particular, Paul advises private clients, family businesses and landowners on a broad range of issues including capital taxation and estate planning, asset protection, trust and succession law.

Paul studied Law at the University of Aberdeen, graduating in 2002. He began his training at McVies WS, before joining Turcan Connell in January 2005. Paul obtained the Financial Planning Certificate in April 2005 and then qualified as a Solicitor in June 2005. 

He is studying towards membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and became a Senior Solicitor in April 2008.
