Lynn Richmond

Lynn handles a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters and has conducted a number of cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She is also involved in alternative dispute resolution in the form of mediation and arbitration.
Lynn has recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Certificate in Advanced Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with Distinction. She is also a board member of the Scottish Society for Computers and Law.
Lynn graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2002 (LLB Hons) and the University of Dundee in 2003 (Dip LP). She holds a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law and trained with Turcan Connell before qualifying as a solicitor in 2005.
She advises clients on all aspects of contract, delict, professional negligence, intellectual property and human rights issues, in addition to a wide range of land and property matters. Lynn regularly provides advice to private clients, businesses, estates and trusts on dispute resolution, raising and defending court actions and enforcement of court orders.
