Grierson deals with all types of property work including the purchase, sale and leasing of properties with particular emphasis on large urban and country houses and farms and estates.
Having grown up on a south west Scotland farm, Grierson has a particular interest in agriculture and rural property work. Grierson acts for a broad range of clients in the sale and purchase of both urban and rural properties and also acts on behalf of landowners and developers in the sale and purchase of development land.
Grierson joined Turcan Connell as a trainee in 1999 having studied at the University of Edinburgh where he completed a degree in French and German before completing his degree in Law. Grierson qualified as a solicitor in 2001, became a Senior Solicitor in 2005 and an Associate in 2007. He was promoted to Senior Associate in April 2009 and became a Partner in April 2010.
