Andrew Linehan

Andrew deals with a variety of rural property matters including sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, forestry, minerals and also advises on access issues.
He has significant experience of working with the “Right to Buy” (agricultural, community and crofting) and has particular expertise in issues relating to ownership of the foreshore and salmon fishings.
In addition, Andrew also advises a number of clients on commercial property transactions and is frequently involved in sales of land and buildings for residential development.
After serving in The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, Andrew studied law at The University of Glasgow. He trained with a commercial law firm in Edinburgh and qualified as a solicitor in 2003 before joining Turcan Connell in January 2005.
