Senior Associate, Land & Property
Linsey advises on a broad range of rural property matters specialising in the sale, purchase and letting of rural land and property, including farms and estates.
She also provides opinions for other firms of solicitors on rural land and property issues. Linsey also has experience of commercial property work.
Linsey previously worked with the Scottish Office and was subsequently Deputy Director of Professional Practice at the Law Society of Scotland, where she had a particular interest in the Conveyancing Committee and in conveyancing law reform.
Linsey qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Turcan Connell in 2004. She became a Senior Associate in 2008.
