Morna Coutts
Senior Associate, Trust & Tax
Morna specialises in tax and estate planning for private clients. In particular she advises on capital taxation, succession, trusts and asset protection.
She is one of only two Scottish solicitors who sit on Camelot's Winners' Advisory Panel.
A graduate of Edinburgh University, Morna trained with an Aberdeen-based firm, and joined Turcan Connell in 1998. She became an Associate in 2003.
Morna holds the financial planning certificate and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is married with a young daughter.
