Clare advises clients on all aspects of rural property. She has particular experience in the purchase and sale of estates including their break up and sale on.

Experience in this field has given her considerable knowledge of buying and selling agricultural land, forestry and fishing. She also has expertise in the timesharing of salmon fishings and the residential leasing of urban and rural property.

Clare graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 1984 and joined McGrigor Donald as a trainee solicitor. In 1986, she moved to Perthshire to work with Condies, and joined W & J Burness in 1996. She moved to Turcan Connell in 1997 with the W & J Burness private client team.
