Philippa deals with a broad range of family law work, including the negotiation and preparation of pre-nuptial and separation agreements. She deals primarily with cases involving complex, high-net-worth financial provision and has represented several high-profile clients.
Philippa specialises in cases involving cross-border and jurisdictional issues. She is regularly consulted by English firms on work with a cross-border element and has acted for a number of clients whose divorces involve other jurisdictions.She is dual-qualified in English and Scots law, and is a member of the Law Society of Scotland, the Law Society of England and Wales and the Family Law Association.

Philippa graduated from Aberdeen University in 1997 with a LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice. She joined Turcan Connell in April 2001 and was assumed as a Partner in April 2006.
