Eunice handles a variety of property transactions, including residential sales and purchases (both urban and rural), general estate conveyancing and the leasing of both residential and commercial property.

She graduated from Glasgow University in 1987 and achieved the Diploma in Legal Practice in 1988. Having completed her traineeship at Shepherd & Wedderburn, she continued working in their property department where she specialised in rural and residential property transactions.

Eunice joined Turcan Connell in January 1998. She is experienced in a variety of property transactions including residential conveyancing, agricultural and estate property work and residential and commercial leasing.
