Niall handles the sale and purchase of urban, rural and agricultural properties. He specialises in residential leases as well as leases for mineral extraction and waste disposal. He has particular expertise in negotiating option agreements for development land.

Through his close contacts with Edinburgh estate agents and surveyors, Niall acts for clients buying and selling prime residential, country and heritage properties.

Previously an associate with Dundas & Wilson, whom he joined as a trainee in October 1987, Niall has been with Turcan Connell since its formation in 1997. He became a partner in 1999. 

He is married with a son and daughter, and coaches the 2nd XV Heriots FP.
