Robin Fulton

Robin advises clients on all aspects of succession planning and capital tax mitigation, particularly for business owners and professional advisers.

Robin qualified as a solicitor in 1979, specialising exclusively in tax, trusts and succession planning. He was assumed as a partner with Sheppherd & Wedderburn in 1982, and joined Turcan Connell as a partner in 1999.

He regularly contributes to professional courses run by the Law Society of Scotland and others and is a former member of Simon's Editorial Board and a former Senior Tutor in the Diploma Private Client Course at Edinburgh University.

Chambers 2009 describes Robin Fulton as "personable and exceptional on technical issues".  Chambers 2009 also states that he is particularly well known for his work in succession tax planning and capital tax mitigation.
