Phaedra acts for clients in the sale and purchase of residential property in Scotland. As well as liaising with estate agents, surveyors and lenders, she assists trainee solicitors regarding contracts for the sale and purchase of residential property.

Phaedra graduated from Aberdeen University in 1995 with an Honours Degree in Law. After obtaining a postgraduate Diploma at Edinburgh University, she trained at a small chambers firm in Inverness, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999.

Since then she has specialised in residential conveyancing at private client firms in Glasgow and Edinburgh. She joined Turcan Connell in June 2001 and became an Associate in 2008. She has extensive experience of a wide range of property transactions including flats, houses and the sale of houses within a small development .  She also takes an active interest in the progress of the proposed single survey scheme and the standardisation of missives.
