Niall Stringer

Niall Stringer advises clients on all aspects of commercial, urban, rural and agricultural property including commercial and residential leases, development options, mineral extraction leases, land infill leases and electricity generation agreements, wind farm options and leases and hydro scheme leases. He has particular interest in property work for charities, development work and heritage properties.

Niall has considerable experience in grant/lottery funding matters, security work and acts for a number of high profile charitable trusts and organisations as well as national institutions on their property matters. Niall also acts for Pension Funds in the purchase, sale and letting of commercial properties.

Through his close contacts with estate agents and surveyors, Niall acts for clients leasing, buying and selling prime development, residential, country and heritage properties.

Previously an associate with Dundas & Wilson, whom he joined as a trainee in October 1987, Niall has been with Turcan Connell since its formation in 1997. He became a partner in 1999. He is recognised as a leading name and is highly recommended by Legal 500.  

He is married with a son and daughter.
