Family Law

Sally advises on a wide range of family law issues, including the negotiation and preparation of separation agreements. She has particular expertise in dealing with the complexities of high-net-worth financial provision cases.

Sally works closely with one of Turcan Connell's Partners, Philippa Cunniff, and deals primarily with cases in the Court of Session. She has recent experience of dealing with high-profile cases involving the valuation of shares in private companies, taxation and pension interests. Sally works with Philippa on cases with a cross-border element and is currently undertaking the Qualified Lawyers' Transfer Test to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Sally graduated from Glasgow University in 2001 with an LLB (Hons) degree. After completing her Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow Graduate School of Law, she trained with Maclay Murray & Spens. On qualifying in 2004, Sally moved to Turcan Connell to join the Family Law team and is now a Senior Solicitor.
