Peter Forrester

In addition to his primary responsibility for portfolio management, Peter leads our analysis of the Pacific and Emerging Markets.
Prior to joining Turcan Connell, Peter worked for Gill & Duffus as a commodity trader, dealing on the London Metal Exchange. This gave him extensive Far East knowledge, and in 1979 he joined investment managers Murray Johnstone, initially looking after their Far East investments before moving to the North American desk. He became a UK Pension fund manager in 1985 and joined their private client team in 1997 where he set up their pooled fund service.
In 1999 he joined Gillespie Macandrew, managing private client funds before joining Turcan Connell in 2000.
