Kenneth specialises in charity law, where he has recently been involved in the amendment of the Royal Charters of two large charities, tax and estate planning for private clients, trusts and executries. He also advises on and has significant experience of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.
Kenneth studied law at the University of Dundee where he also completed his Diploma in Legal Practice. He thereafter worked with two medium-sized chamber practices in Aberdeen joining Turcan Connell in 2001 where he was appointed a Senior Associate in April 2008
Outside of the law Kenneth’s main interests lie with music and theatre. He is a non-executive director of the charity Edinburgh Music Theatre Company Limited.
