Carrie advises senior executives, charities and rural businesses on employment law issues. She has expertise in all aspects of employment law, from disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures through to redundancies, transfer of undertakings and trade union recognition.
Carrie's experience ranges from advising individuals and small employers through to large corporate organisations including FTSE 100 companies.
Carrie has appeared in tribunals throughout the UK, and in the Employment Appeal Tribunal in Scotland. She has represented both employers and employees in a broad range of cases including unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, breach of contract, less favourable treatment of fixed term employees and sex, race and disability discrimination.
Carrie has also been involved in providing training to managers on topics including discrimination, equal opportunities, bullying and harassment and management of the employment relationship.
