International Trust Services

Alison is Managing Director of Turcan Connell's International Trust Services office in Guernsey. She is responsible for offshore trust and company formation business.

Alison is a member of The Law Society of England and Wales, the International Bar Association (IBA), the Union Internationale des Avocats and is currently Chairman of the Guernsey branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is currently involved with various STEP International Committee initiatives.

She regularly speaks at conferences for STEP, the Bermuda Bar Association and the IBA. She also writes for a number of professional periodicals and legal publications including Legal Week, Trusts and Estates Practitioner and the Channel Islands Financial Services Handbook.
