End of year jurisdiction review

"In the private client and charity world, 2007 has been dominated by the new Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).  OSCR is the new Regulator and Registrar of Scottish charities, established under the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.  The Act came substantially into force in April 2006 but it is only during 2007 that we have seen OSCR as a fully functioning regulator."
