21 July 2010Turcan Connell professionals pick up awards
"Solicitors and investment managers Turcan Connell have seen members of their staff honoured in two different competitions... Associate solicitor Tom Duguid receives the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ (STEP) President's Prize for Qualified Practitioner Student of the Year in Taxation [and] members of Turcan Connell’s financial planning team, Dr Norman Dalgleish and Joanne Keir, picked up the top awards at the Insurance Society of Edinburgh Awards 2010." In addition, it has been announced today that Alan Dean of Turcan Connell's Tax Department has been awarded the Spofforth Medal for the candidate with the highest mark in the Advisory Paper on Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Estates in the Chartered Institute of Taxation examinations. Alan has also been awarded Distinction - only three Distinctions been awarded in the UK this year.
