Accreditation for head of employment law

One of Turcan Connell’s partners has been accredited as a specialist in employment law. The Law Society of Scotland awarded the honour to David Ogilvy in recognition of his expertise in employment law. Accredited Specialists must have demonstrated significant experience in their relevant area of the law in each of the 5 years preceding the accreditation.
David Ogilvy specialises in employment law and has over 17 years’ experience of contentious matters. He is also a part-time Chairman with the Employment Tribunal and sits on the Human Resources Committee of a Further Education College.
