New Partner at Turcan Connell

Turcan Connell, has strengthened its family law practice with the promotion of Philippa Cunniff to partner.

The firm has been engaged on an increasing number of cases involving cross-border work, primarily because of its ties with law firms in England and with members of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association.

Philippa, who is dual-qualified in English and Scots Law, is seen as instrumental in further developing the firm’s multi-jurisdictional capabilities. She is regularly consulted by English solicitors on cross-border issues and has earned a reputation as a strong negotiator, having acted in several high-profile divorce cases.
