Family Law Consultancy
We offer a Family Law Consultancy service which includes an initial client meeting at a flat rate fixed charge of £190 plus VAT to provide a diagnostic assessment of a case; the preparation of Pre-Nuptial, Post-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements; the preparation and provision of an Opinion on any aspect of Family Law in Scotland; trouble-shooting in cases which have become becalmed or where a client has become dissatisfied; and the conduct of divorce proceedings as Edinburgh agents in the Court of Session.
